Headless storefront, Magento Page Builder rendered natively
Next.js 15 App Router + React Server Components. The Byte8 VelaFront Magento module exposes Page Builder content as structured JSON via GraphQL — no HTML scraping, no jQuery, no Luma CSS. 20 built-in content-type renderers. Layer 1 HTML parser fallback for stores that can't install the module.

Stripe (Apple Pay + Google Pay), Mollie (iDEAL / Bancontact / SOFORT / Klarna), PayPal Smart Buttons, Klarna BNPL, Adyen Drop-in, Braintree. All implement the same PaymentProviderModule contract — install only what you need. The free tier ships with Magento's built-in payments (Check, COD, PayPal Express).

Same SearchProvider interface across all four. Magento search is free; Algolia and Meilisearch ship in Pro for index-quality typeahead. Edge personalisation with zero CLS
Geo / time / weather / device / returning-visitor signals resolved at the edge. Pure-RSC variant chooser — the right banner ships in the initial HTML, no client-side flicker, no $50K/yr SaaS dependency. Composable predicates: inCountry, isWeather, inHourRange, onWeekend, all/any combinators.
Live inventory + one-tap checkout
SSE-based stock indicators (with polling fallback) — single EventSource per app instance, so PLP / PDP cards subscribe without thundering herd. Apple Pay / Google Pay one-tap via the Payment Request API skips the multi-step shell entirely. Both are Pro tier.
Backend-agnostic by design
UI components consume a VelaCommerceClient interface, never raw Magento GraphQL. The included @velafront/adapter-magento implements it; future Shopify / commercetools / BigCommerce adapters slot in without UI rewrites. The whole storefront is one adapter swap from running on a different backend.
